How we work

The work starts with the company’s needs and information.

From need to agreed work

  1. Understand the need

Examine the situation, objective and available information, including what your team already handles.

  2. Define the work

Set out the scope, deliverables, responsibilities, deadlines or frequency and conditions in the proposal.

  3. Carry out and monitor

Carry out the agreed routines or stages and track deliverables, outstanding matters and decisions.

Working rhythm

Recurring services follow agreed schedules and routines. Projects and transactions have their own stages. Each service and each participant’s role must be stated in the proposal.

Incomplete information is recorded as matters to clarify. Outstanding issues and decisions need identified owners and up-to-date information.

Decisions and approval limits

Payment preparation follows the company’s approval limits. Authorisation remains with the client’s designated people.

Implementation and monitoring are included when contracted. A one-off analysis does not automatically include ongoing execution or financial routines.

Before engaging us

Check the objective, scope, deliverables, frequency, responsibilities, required data and terms. If more than one service line is involved, the proposal explains how the work fits together.
