Contact and purpose

The form requests your name, company or organisation and email. Phone is optional. Message is optional for other enquiries; a partnership proposal requires a summary. Service line, plan, subject, source, related tool or opportunity identifier provide context for the request. A partnership proposal also asks for the collaboration type, field of work and a brief proposal. Organisation is optional for institutional enquiries and partnerships. Do not send documents or sensitive financial information in this first contact.

The details are used to assess the request, route the matter and continue the conversation. Sending them does not subscribe you to newsletters or advertising.

Recording and access

Requests are recorded in the Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure, in a D1 database. Access to the inbox is restricted to the person authorised to administer the website. The form uses an identifier to confirm the same request without creating a new record after a submission attempt.

A technical identifier derived from the connection limits repeated attempts. Records for this control are removed when older than 24 hours, during the processing of new requests. Error logs identify recording failures without including the submitted content.

Applications

An application requests your name, email and professional profile. Phone is optional. The record is linked to the position and kept separately from the commercial contact inbox. Do not send identity documents, health information or passwords.

Before submission, the position displays its retention policy and duration in days. This policy is recorded with the application and does not change if the same request is resubmitted. The panel allows review, stage updates and deletion. Expired records are removed during submissions and queue operations.

Tools

Calculation inputs and results remain in this browser’s memory. Reloading or clearing the tool removes them. Calculating does not send values to the contact inbox or require contact details. Exporting creates a file for you to keep.

When opening contact from a tool, the form identifies the tool and related service line. Calculation values and results are not attached to the request. You review the context and your details before sending.

Browser preferences

Preferences for motion, text size, contrast, line spacing and link highlighting are saved in this browser. Reset preferences restores the initial settings. Reduced-motion preferences also affect the opening film. Film playback can be disabled in accessibility preferences.

The public website does not use advertising, session recording or third-party audience analytics tools. Hosting may set technical security cookies, including __cf_bm for bot protection. Access to the administration area uses platform authentication.

Access, correction and deletion

To request access to, correction or deletion of information related to a request, write to the channel below. Provide the context or request reference without resending sensitive documents. The responsible person assesses the requester’s identity and the conditions for handling and retaining the record.
