How we work

  1. Understand the need

Business context, decision under consideration, available information and work already carried out by the team.

  2. Define scope and proposal

Deliverables, participants, responsibilities, deadlines or frequency and engagement conditions.

  3. Execute and follow up

Agreed routines or stages, calendar, deliverables, outstanding items and decisions requiring the business to participate.

Recurring services, projects and transactions

Recurring services follow agreed schedules and routines. Projects and transactions have their own stages. Each service and each participant’s role must be stated in the proposal.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to engage all five service lines?

No. Each engagement has its own deliverables and responsibilities, even when services are combined.

Are accounting and financial BPO the same service?

Accounting covers closing and compliance obligations. Financial BPO carries out financial routines. Gestão Integrada combines work from both areas; BPO can also be engaged separately.

Does consulting include executing the plan?

Implementation and monitoring are included when expressly stated in the proposal, with stages and conditions.

How are deliverables followed up?

Recurring services have an agreed calendar and frequency. Projects and transactions have stages, deliverables and decisions identified in the proposal. Follow-up depends on the agreed scope.

How does implementation begin?

The scope considers existing records, systems, processes and responsibilities. Organising controls and configuring routines must be included in the agreed work.
