How it works and limits
Information needed
Start date, currency, available balance and eight weekly categories. Record each line’s source and note.
Allocate expected receipts and payments and see which weeks need attention. The forecast follows your assumptions and does not guarantee receipts.
Method and assumptions
- Thirteen consecutive seven-day intervals start on the chosen date, even midweek.
- Closing balance = opening balance + receipts − payments; closing becomes the next opening.
- Receipts: customers, other operations, capital and credit. Payments: operations, tax, investment and debt service.
- The alternative preserves the base and applies declared adjustments only. To defer a receipt, reduce it in its original week and add it in its destination week.
Limits
- Available cash excludes restricted funds and unused credit lines.
- Do not add invoicing, profit or transfers between the same company’s accounts. This is not a CPC 03 accounting statement and does not choose payments.
- An unknown amount interrupts chained balances; the horizon minimum is not presented as final.
- Money is stored as integer cents. Rates retain internal precision; display uses up to six decimals.
- An empty field means not provided. Zero is a known value.
- Limit per amount: 10 billion currency units; dates from 1900 to 2200. Monetary amounts with English thousands separators are normalized when leaving the field, before calculation.
- Language does not change the currency or imply international coverage.
- Inputs and results remain in this browser’s memory. Reloading or clearing removes the data.
