Step 1/2
How it works and limits

Information needed

Reference month and interval, control status and dates. Amounts and events are optional.

Identify missing information and matters to review in cash, results, debt and controls. Your answers organize a discussion; they are not an audit or a financial health rating.

Method and assumptions

  1. Dated events appear first, followed by information dependencies and routine improvements.
  2. Current: declared available basis. Outdated: update needed. Missing or unknown: collect or confirm information. Not applicable: exclusion with a reason.
  3. Priority is a work organization rule. The order can be changed with a recorded reason.

Limits

  • No score, solvency signal or business continuity conclusion. Available documents still need verification.
  • Money is stored as integer cents. Rates retain internal precision; display uses up to six decimals.
  • An empty field means not provided. Zero is a known value.
  • Limit per amount: 10 billion currency units; dates from 1900 to 2200. Monetary amounts with English thousands separators are normalized when leaving the field, before calculation.
  • Language does not change the currency or imply international coverage.
  • Inputs and results remain in this browser’s memory. Reloading or clearing removes the data.
