How it works and limits

Information needed

Country, organization type, objective, date, anonymous participants and instrument and rule status.

Organize ownership, decisions and documents to clarify. This initial review does not certify compliance or replace legal and accounting review.

Method and assumptions

  1. Percentage totals check declared data only. Unknown ownership is never filled with the remainder.
  2. Dependencies of the reported transaction and events precede document organization.
  3. A missing or inapplicable agreement is a declared situation; absence is not treated as a violation.

Limits

  • Does not validate registrations, ownership, capacity, representation, clauses or succession rules. Mathematical total tolerance: 0.01 percentage point.
  • Money is stored as integer cents. Rates retain internal precision; display uses up to six decimals.
  • An empty field means not provided. Zero is a known value.
  • Limit per amount: 10 billion currency units; dates from 1900 to 2200. Monetary amounts with English thousands separators are normalized when leaving the field, before calculation.
  • Language does not change the currency or imply international coverage.
  • Inputs and results remain in this browser’s memory. Reloading or clearing removes the data.
