Context

Amounts: 1000.00 or 1,000.00. A decimal comma without thousands separators also works.

Step 1/2
How it works and limits

Information needed

Objective, timing, sector, country and document status and periods; size band is optional.

Identify what is available and what to organize for investment or a company or stake sale. The result is a preparation plan, not a valuation or a buy or sell recommendation.

Method and assumptions

  1. The objective separates investment into the company, stake sale, company sale and an undefined transaction.
  2. Investment organizes use of funds and assumptions; a secondary sale organizes ownership, rights and restrictions to verify.
  3. Prioritize transaction dependencies, updates and organization. If undefined, begin with who receives funds and what decision is needed.

Limits

  • Available documents are not necessarily reviewed or accepted. Absence does not prove infeasibility.
  • Does not calculate valuation, readiness, funding probability or an ideal sale percentage. Contingencies become review topics.
  • Money is stored as integer cents. Rates retain internal precision; display uses up to six decimals.
  • An empty field means not provided. Zero is a known value.
  • Limit per amount: 10 billion currency units; dates from 1900 to 2200. Monetary amounts with English thousands separators are normalized when leaving the field, before calculation.
  • Language does not change the currency or imply international coverage.
  • Inputs and results remain in this browser’s memory. Reloading or clearing removes the data.
